Pasadena is the most populous city and the primary cultural center of the San Gabriel Valley. The City is accessible via the Metro Gold Line light rail, offering easy access to a city famous for its museums, historic architecture and the Tournament of Roses Parade every New Year. Its population was 137,122 at the 2010 census and an estimated 141,029 in 2019, making it the 41st largest city in California.
