About West Covina, California

West Covina is a city in Los Angeles County, California with a population of 106,098 at the 2010 U.S. Census. The city began as an agricultural community surrounded by citrus and walnut groves until it experienced rapid growth with the urbanization of the area.

In 2015, the city became known for the new smash hit television show on The CW called “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”. Having gone on to win a host of awards and much critical acclaim, the show has also been praised for being set in and filmed in the town of West Covina, and as such the location is as much a character in the story as the rest of the cast. There is also a song in the show called ‘West Covina’, that literally sings the praises of the city.
